• Turnaround Plan for J.A. Hargrave Elementary School

    The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has identified one (1) Crowley ISD school as a “turnaround campus” – J.A. Hargrave Elementary School. Based on student achievement levels below what our district considers acceptable, TEA has rated this school “Improvement Required” or – IR - for two consecutive school years. According to TEA mandates, the district leadership and the administrators of J.A. Hargrave Elementary School are required to create a turnaround plan listing the actions that must take place to improve student achievement.
