Dress Code
• Graduates are encouraged to consider the location of the ceremony when determining what they will wear to ensure their comfort, but keep in mind this is a dignified ceremony.
• Solid-color shorts or slacks, short sleeve collared shirt, sundress, or skirt with blouse are approved attire for this outdoor ceremony.
• Unapproved footwear includes flip flops and slides. All footwear must have a heel.
• CISD will provide a mask to graduates at the pavilion entrance that is always to be worn during the ceremony. Graduates may remove the mask for their graduation portrait.
• All graduates will wear the CHS Graduation regalia ordered through Herff Jones.
• Graduation caps can be moderately decorated if they follow the parameters below:
- Decorations should not hang over the edges or stick up from the top of the cap.
- Lights are not permitted.
- Any cap decorations that may considered obscene or offensive are not permitted. This includes having profanity, criminal street gang identifiers, weapons, and having drug, sex, tobacco, or alcoholic beverage references or designs.
• No cords, stoles, pins or medallions that have not been provided by the school may be worn unless they have received approval. -
Arriving at the Drive-In

• Gates will open at 7 p.m.
• You must have a parking ticket to enter the facility. Graduates received two parking tickets each.
• Each car must present a ticket at the gate (5 guests, plus graduate, allowed per car).
• If you wish to park both cars together, make sure you line up at the drive-in gates together.
• Parking spots are first come, first served. Please follow the directions of drive-in employees.
• Guests are to remain in their cars throughout the ceremony.
• Graduates will ride with their guests and remain in car until 8 p.m.
• Graduates will report to pavilion area at 8 p.m., leaving all personal belongings with their guests. Arrive no later than 8:45 p.m. -
Graduation Expectations
• During the ceremony, please choose dignified, appropriate behavior.
• Prohibited items for graduates include but are not limited to: cell phones, sunglasses, flowers, food, drinks, gum, noisemakers, balloons, purses, bags or any item that takes attention away from the ceremony.
• Graduates will be checked before entering the pavilion area. You will be sent back to your car to return any prohibited items that are found on the graduate.
• After the ceremony, graduates will be released by section and will return to their car. Graduates are expected to know car location because they arrived with their guests and are familiar with the location of the parked car.
• Guests should refrain from making any prolonged noise that prevents other guests from hearing their graduates name being called. Car horns are highly discouraged.
• Coyote Drive-In concessions will not be provided.
• Restrooms are on-site, but guests must only use these for emergencies and must have a face covering to enter the pavilion area. -

What is the date, time, and location for graduation?
Crowley High School: Sunday, June 14 at 9 p.m. at Coyote Drive-In in Fort Worth.
North Crowley High School: Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. at Coyote Drive-In in Fort Worth.
What time can I show up?
Gates to the venue will open at 7 p.m. Graduates will be allowed to enter the pavilion area at 8 p.m. A videos of some speeches will start around 8:40 p.m.
How many cars does each graduate get?
Two. Each car MUST have a ticket for entrance into the venue.
How many people are allowed in the car?
According to TEA, each car is only allowed 5 people (not including the graduate).
Are large vans allowed?
All vehicles will be evaluated by Coyote Drive-In Staff Members. All questions regarding house rules can be found at https://coyotedrive-in.com/fortworth/
Will there be a rehearsal?
Unfortunately, No. TEA has stated that rehearsals are not allowed.
Are masks required for students?
Yes. We will provide a Crowley ISD Class of 2020 mask, and it must be worn at all times while in the pavilion area.
Will there be restrooms available?
Yes, for emergency use only. Please wear a mask to the restroom, as they are located under the pavilion. We will limit how many people who use at a time. There will be staff member to assist.
Will there be spaces for those with a handicap permit?
Yes. They will be towards the back of each screening area.
How long will the ceremony last?
We are cutting out many aspects of previous ceremonies, and do not expect it to run past an hour and a half.
Are graduates allowed bring cell phones into the ceremony?
No.
Are graduates allowed to decorate their caps?
Yes, as long as they follow the guidelines below:

Will graduates be required to shake hands?
No.
How will graduates follow social distance guidelines?
Chairs will be spaced apart and staff member will be very diligent about ensuring distancing protocols.
How will graduates keep cool?
Graduates will be provided water bottles and we have adjusted dress code to account for the potential heat.
