What is the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)?
The Texas Legislature established TIA to recruit, retain and reward top performing teachers. TIA provides funding for compensation to pay highly-effective teachers whose students show measurable improvement in academic growth.

• There are 80 TIA designated teachers across 20 campuses Crowley ISD.
• The average campus stipend pay amounts for Crowley ISD are:
• Recognized designation = $4,500
• Exemplary designation = $9,000
• Master designation = $17,000
• An earned designation will remain on the teacher’s State Board of Education Certification certificate for five years.

The mission of the Crowley ISD Employee Child Development Center is to provide a high-quality child care program for the employees of Crowley Independent School District.
The Employee Child Development Center is a unique child care option that combines high-quality age appropriate instruction and a nurturing environment for young children.
