• Arrive early! Parking lots open at 2:30 p.m. No tailgating!
• Stadium gates will open at 3 p.m.
• All tunnels and gate to field to close at 4:15 p.m.
     - Field seating restrooms will be located at gate entrance
• Stadium will have a walk-through metal detector screening for all guests
• All graduates are to report to their campus and will be bused to the stadium, but will be encouraged to ride home with family friends after the ceremony.
• No personalized stoles, cords or gowns at graduation.
• Seniors will not be allowed to have cell phones during the ceremony.

• Each graduate will receive 15 printed tickets.
• Tickets will be distributed at graduation rehearsal: CHS - May 22, NCHS - May 23
     - Seniors will cross the stage after having name practiced.
     - Instead of a diploma, the seniors will be handed an envelope with the tickets.
     - The seniors need to count and sign for the tickets as they return to their seats.
• Parents cannot pick up tickets prior to the rehearsal.
• Seniors and families are responsible for the tickets.
• Tickets must be presented at the gate to gain entry into the 2024 graduation ceremony.
     - Once in the stadium, seating is first come, first served.
     - Field gates close at 4:15 pm and families seated on the field must remain for the entire ceremony.
• Children ages 2 and under do not require tickets and should not take up a seat in the stadium.
• All guests are required to have a printed Crowley ISD graduation ticket in order to enter the stadium. 
     - The printed ticket must be for the high school graduation in progress.
     - Families cannot use CHS tickets for NCHS tickets, and vice versa.
     - Tickets cannot be reused once scanned.
• Guests without printed Crowley ISD graduation tickets will be turned away.
• Graduating seniors will not need a ticket

• Parking lots will open at 2:30 p.m.

• To help with the flow of traffic, we are asking all friends and family members of our graduates to enter the stadium from Hemphill St. off Risinger Rd. on the north side of the property.

• On-site parking will be limited. Overflow parking and shuttle buses will be available from 2:30 p.m. until an hour after graduation ends. Shuttles will run from the following locations: 
     - Crowley ISD Central Administration Building
     - Crowley ISD Bus Barn
     - J.A. Hargrave Elementary School.

Crowley ISD Clear Bag Policy
To ensure your safety at all Crowley ISD extracurricular events, large bags or purses will not be allowed in the facility. Please note that all bags are subject to be searched. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after inspection at the entrance. Permitted bags include a one gallon clear plastic resealable bag, a clear tote bag not to exceed 12”x 12”x 6” or a small clutch bag 5.5” x 7.5”.
