The Tarrant To and Through (T3) Partnership's mission is to help students find success after graduating high school by earning a degree or postsecondary credential. This handbook below serves as the primary resource for students and families regarding participation in the T3 program.

The Tarrant To and Through (T3) Partnership is an organization committed to increasing the number of students in Tarrant County who pursue education beyond high school. Their goal is to connect you to various programs and resources that will support you to and through your educational journey.

T3 programs, resources, and supports begin in high school. If you decide to attend one of T3’s partner colleges or universities, you will receive additional resources and support through completion of a college degree or credential.

The first step is to take the T3 Pledge! By taking the Pledge, you are agreeing to take small actions that will position you to enroll in education after high school with confidence.

T3 Pledge Steps
• Only current Crowley ISD juniors and seniors are eligible to complete the T3 Pledge.
• Seniors must complete the pledge by Dec. 1, 2022.  
• This form will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.
• You will NOT be able to save your progress once you begin, so make sure you have enough time to finish before you start.
• It is recommended that you complete this form on a computer through Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome, if possible.
• The form can also be completed on a smart phone through any browser.
