The form below is for students who are NEW to dual credit and would like to take classes during 2019-20 school year. Completing this form indicates your interest in taking dual credit classes next year. This form must be completed by Feb. 23, 2019. Students must complete the entire process by May 17, 2019 or they will not be eligible to take dual credit courses in fall of 2019. Please fill out this short survey below in order to begin the dual credit eligibility process.
